Sit down in your room or anywhere where no one can disturb you for 5 minutes.
Close your eyes and pay attention in the middle of both the eyes.
Now speak words that have no meanings.Like pe ta gi yi etc. any type of word that has no meaning.Speak LOUDLY continuously for 5 minutes.Don't stop for five minutes.If you do it,you will feel happy and more relaxed after doing it.
